Outdoor Training
We will be holding an outside training session for this month’s CQB training on Friday 4th February starting at 6.00 pm. We will be meeting at the car park area on Myers Lane, next to Adamstown Public school.
Queensland Floods Appeal

As you have heard, Queensland has experienced flooding that has devastated communities and have affected thousands of peoples live.
We will be making a donation from Krav Maga Newcastle at the end of the month. We will donate $30 from all new students who join in January. This is another great reason join Krav Maga Newcastle this month.
Warrior Dash
- Warrior Dash
Some Instructors and students are entering the Warriors Dash on Saturday 12th February. This event is a 5km obstacle course to be held on the Central Coast. We are making an afternoon of it by travelling by bus and participating in the 3.30 run. If interested please see Instructor Adam.

Training Starting Back
Krav Maga
Krav Maga Newcastle will be starting all adult and children classes next Monday the 10th January.
All past, present and future students, make 2011 the year. Get fit, learn the world’s premier self defense system and have fun at the same time. All Instructors are looking forward to having all students achieve their full potential in all areas of life.

We will be breaking up from Tuesday 21st December (last training session in the morning) and will resume on Monday 10th January.

December Grading
Grading
The last grading for the adult classes for 2010 will be held on Sunday 19th December.
Students grading for Practitioner 1 will start at 8am. All other grades will start from 9.30am.
Those who are eligible for the grading have
been told. If unsure, please discuss with your Instructor. Start training hard and book the date in your diary.

Defending on Public Transport Workshop
Public Transport
Krav Maga Newcastle will be holding a workshop on defending on public transport eg buses and planes. The seminar will deal with moving in confined areas, defending against common unarmed and armed attacks. Lead Instructor for the workshop is Richard Fagan, Expert Level 2 Instructor and the most experience Krav Maga instructor in Australia. The workshop will be held on Saturday 6th November from 2pm to 5pm. Cost for the 3 hour seminar is $55. If you would like to book a spot, please contact us. (Workshop will be limited, so be early)
Third Person Protection Workshop
VIP Protection
The October seminar will be the protection of a third person. Mostly in training we learn to defend ourselves from harm. Here is the opportunity to train on how to defend another person from harm. The seminar will be held on Saturday 9th October from 2pm to 5pm. Cost for the 3 hour seminar is $50. Contact us to book in.
